La Bamba Doily

Why I call this doily like this? La
Bamba is a very dynamic song. And everyone want to dance
when hear this song…Ole… La Bamba….
So what do you think of my doily??
I try to make a colourful doily to
bright a living room. Make in a warm colour , so when you
see this “petite oval doily” maybe your feeling will cheer
up and La..Bamba…
With two kind different edging… wow…lets dancing your
finger again.
Material
Size : 16 cm x 26 cm.
Instruction
R1 : Make Ch24, start first dc at ch5,
18 dc, 6dc inc at the corner, make to the other side, 18 dc,
5dc inc at first sts, joint with sl st at first ch3.
R2 : Ch3, 19dc, 3dc inc, 2dc inc 2
times, 3 dc inc, 20 dc, 3dc inc, 2 dc inc 2 times, 3 dc inc,
joint with sl st at first ch3.
R3 : In this row we make cross stich
motif. Ch3, dc at st before, (sk,dc at next sts dc at sk) 9
times, (dc at next st, dc at st before it/two sts in one st)
10 times, (sk,dc at next st, dc at st before it) 10 times,
(dc at next st, dc at st before it) 9 times, joint with sl
st at first ch3.
R4 : Sl st at the middle of 2 dc, ch5,
(dc in the middle of next 2 dc, ch2) repeat around, last st
make ch2, joint with sl st at ch3.
R5 : sl st at the middle of ch2 sp,
ch3,dc at the same sp, (ch2, sc at next ch2 sp, ch2, 2dc at
next ch2 sp) repeat around, last make ch2, joint with sl st
at first ch3.
R6 : Sl st at the middle of 2dc, ch1,
sc at the same st, *(ch5, sc at the middle of 2 dc) 4 times,
(5dc inc at sc, sc at the middle of 2dc)6 times*, repeat
again from * to *, joint with sl st at first ch1.
R7 : This doily modification in this
row.

Ch4, (dc, ch1, dc) at the same place ( first sc), *sc at ch5
sp, [dc,(ch1,dc) 4 times] at sc* repeat again from * to *
around. But when you work at the place at R6 where you make
5dc inc, make sc at third dc. Last make (dc, ch1, dc, ch1)
at first sc joint with sl st at ch 3. Fasten off.
Note :
If your doily looks frogging. Do this.
Ch3, 2dc at the same place ( first sc), *sc at ch5 sp,
5 dc inc at sc* repeat again from * to * around. But when
you work at the place at R6 where you make 5dc inc, make sc
at third dc. Last make 2 dc at first sc joint with sl st at
ch 3. Fasten off.
Flat motif
(dark orange )
Sl st at ch5 sp, Ch3, dc, ch1, dc, ch1,
2dc tog where the second dc at next ch5 sp, * (ch1, dc)2
times, ch1, 2dc tog where the second dc at next ch5 sp*
repeat around. But when you work at the place at R6 where
you make 5 dc inc, make like this 2 dc tog at first dc and
last dc, (ch1, dc) at 3 dc inside. Last st make dc, but last
yo joint together at first ch2. Fasten off.
