3. I'm interested in your items, is it available or is
it out of stock?
Each item has a description of FOB, meaning the location
of the item. If you are located in Jakarta and the item you
order is in Surabaya, then it will be shipped so you will
have to pay for the shipping cost from Surabaya.
In antoher case, if you order an item, and it is not
available in your town, we can send you from another
location. Say you are in Jakarta, the item is not available
in Jakarta but it is available in Bandung, then it will be
sent from Bandung instead.
If you are interested in our items, please send us an
order, don't forget to mention your location so we can
arrange more quickly.
4. Why is it that my email has not been answered?
Please be patient, every email will be answered although
maybe not in the same day. Some orders will be forwarded to
the PIC (person in charge) nearest your location, and they
will have to check the stock first to answer the email. We
always try to make the most efficient way to fulfill your
order as items are spread in several towns. And also please
don't forget to check you spam folder as sometimes our
emails land there.
